I. Registration fee refund:
If you change your mind and wish to unregister from our competition, you must follow our procedures (listed below) to refund your entry fee.
Conditions for registration fee refunding:
- The refund request will be made after a maximum of 5 days from when the payment was made.
- The artistic moment must NOT have already been published on the contest's Facebook page, when the refund request is made.
- If the refund of the registration fee is requested after the diploma is sent, the "II. Returning the won products" procedure will apply from Return Policy.
How to request registration fee refund:
Please notify us of your refund request by sending an email to dianamusicschoolfloresti@gmail.com, containing:
- The name of the beneficiary.
- The name of the competitor.
- A bank account where we will refund the fee.
- If you'd like, tell us the reason for requesting the refund.
You will receive a confirmation of your refund request within two business days, and your money will be refunded (to the specified bank account) within 14 business days.
II. Returning the won products
As the won products are delivered only on the Romanian territory, the diploma and the trophies in physical format being sent to competitors with the address in Romania, in case of return, the products will also be picked up from an address located in Romania.
If you wish to return a prize won in one of the competitions organized by us, you must follow our return procedures (shown below) and send us the product you received from us as a prize, in accordance with these procedures.
Return method:
Please notify us of your intention to return the product by e-mail (dianamusicschoolfloresti@gmail.com), containing: the name of the person who received the product, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
After confirming and receiving our acceptance for return, you can return the product to us by courier with our payment. The name of the competitor who won the good in question must be mentioned on the package.
Product return conditions:
- Won products can only be returned if they do not work or cannot be used for the activities you would normally expect to use.
- The used goods cannot be returned!
- The product will not show signs of usage.
- The product will not be damaged and will not have missing accessories.
- The notification for the return of the product must be made within a maximum of 5 days from the moment of its receival.
- The return of the product will be done in a package that does not allow the damage during the transport.
We reserve the right to refuse damaged packages or goods that show signs of wear and tear.
Returns will be made only together with the documents received from us attesting the winning of the respective product.

As soon as we receive the product we will check the deficiencies reported by you and if everything is confirmed we will send you a similar good without defects in a maximum of 14 calendar days. If we do not find a similar product so that it reaches you in 14 calendar days, we can extend this period by another 14 calendar days, and then, at your choice, we can transfer the value of the registration fee or we wait until we find a similar good to be delivered to you.
To return the value, you need to provide us with an IBAN account, this being the only possible way to pay. For return, if the deficiencies are confirmed, you will not incur any costs. There is also the option for us to pick up the good you want to return and we can do this through the courier company that collaborates with us, and by this method the cost of transporting the good will be borne by us unless the deficiencies reported do not is confirmed, in which case all the costs generated by this situation will be borne by you.
In order to benefit from the replacement or collection of the value of the property won, under the conditions of this document, our notification for the return of the property must be made within 5 days from the receipt of the property in its original condition. Make sure there are no marks on the product. Please return the product in a container that does not allow it to be damaged during transport.
You have a legal obligation to take good care of the product as long as it is in your possession.
